Appointments can be made via phone, email, or through our website.
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Consultation and treatment fees will be disclosed prior to service.
All payments must be made in AED. We accept cash, card, or electronic payment methods.
Refunds are provided only at management’s discretion under exceptional circumstances.
